Delivery/Pick Up options for customer drop off items
  • Embroidery Pick-up/Delivery
    • Porch Pick Up-  Once Order is placed, you will receive an email with the address drop off along with instructions on where to put the items. *Please note our home has cameras around the premise.  
    • Paid Delivery- For a $6 fee can be applied for local deliveries within 30 miles if you can't pick them up.  You will still need to drop items off for embroidery.  
How Long will it take to recieve my items?
    • Current turn around time is 1-3 weeks 
      • Depending on current workload and time of year.  
      • I pride myself with integrity and will always be upfront and honest with my turn around time.  I do my best to quickly complete orders as they come in.  I'm a stay at home mama of 3 very active kiddos, life happens, but will always be upfront.  

    Do you have a rush fee?

    • I do offer a $25 rush fee.  This will bump you item to the front and expedite the embroidery process to 1-2 days.  Sometimes you just need something monogrammed last minute.  
      Returns
        • Returns- Because the item has been personalized, there are no returns.  If you are unhappy with the item, please email to discuss.
        • No family heirlooms.  Rule of thumb if it can't be replaced, I wont be able to personalize it.  Mistakes do happen unfortunately.

        I would like a quote before dropping off!

        I have a business can you do my logo?

        •  Of Course!  I love working with other businesses.  There is a digitizing fee that applies.  This includes working together and deciding what items you want your logo on.  Files must be digitized to work with my machine.  This fee is usually around $12-30.  This includes a one time fee for digitizing a certain size.  The file can be used over and over on items plus the price of embroidery.  If logo size changes, the fee is applied again.

        When do I pay?

        • If purchasing in stock items through shop, you will pay on my website.  If you are doing a custom order.  We will discuss drop off and design.  I will complete item and make link for purchase on website.  Once it's complete you can pay and pick up.
